House rules

Dear Guests,

We hope that you will feel at home in the apartments Schweizer Hof. Our house rules intend to offer assistance for a pleasant stay. We ask you to follow the house rules, so that you and other guests have a harmonious stay. With the booking confirmation the house rules shall be considered accepted. These house rules are part of the General Terms and Conditions.

General information

If you have any questions about your stay, you can contact us from 7 am to 10 pm at +49 7221 30 46-0. If you need help or if you are missing any interior, you can also contact us at the above telephone number.

Due care

Please treat the rented property and our facilities with care. The entrance door should always be closed. Please lock the front door when you leave. When leaving the apartment, the windows should be closed and all electrical appliances switched off. For the sake of the environment, please use water and electricity sparingly and separate the garbage. Pets should always have enough water and should not have to stay too long in the vehicle.


If damage should occur, please inform us briefly. If the guest has to pay for culpable damage, we will charge the replacement value only.


The renter shall not be liable for valuables of the guest.

Domiciliary right

In case of emergencies and required repairs, it may be necessary for us to enter the apartments.

Rest period

We ask you to observe the public rest periods from 10 pm to 7 am as well as the rest periods at noon (12:30 am – 2:30 pm) and on Sundays and public holidays. Please set the radio or television to low volume during rest periods. Please refrain from loud conversations and music on the balcony during rest periods.

Parties, events and other meetings

All forms of private and commercial parties or events are not allowed in the apartments. We ask you to be considerate of other guests and neighbours during smaller social meetings.

Arrival/departure and keys

The arrival and departure of the guest as well as the parking takes place on own responsibility. As stated in the booking confirmation arrival shall be possible from 2 pm to 10 pm of the arrival day at the latest. By entering the access code on the key safe you will receive the keys to your apartment. The holiday apartment must be vacated by 11 am at the latest on the day of departure. On departure you can leave the key in the apartment and close the door, or lock the apartment and put the key in the appropriate key box. Please never pass the key on to somebody else. In case of minor mishaps, please clean them immediately. On departure the apartment must be left well-swept. On departure the used crockery must be placed in the cupboards clean.

Waste disposal

Please dispose of the waste separately according to residual waste (brown bin), plastics and packaging (yellow bin), or organic waste bin and glass bin. The marked bins are located directly in front of the building. Please use garbage cans and cosmetic bins only with the provided garbage bags. No waste, hygiene articles, food scraps or harmful liquids may get into kitchen sinks and showers.

Parking facilities

Parking facilities are available around the apartment house. Please observe the traffic restrictions and information on the parking ticket machines in the public parking areas. The parking facility does not constitute a safekeeping agreement. The apartment owner is not liable for damages in case of shifted or parked vehicles on the property. We are also not liable for valuables in the motor vehicles parked on and around the property.


Bringing pets is only allowed against payment of a fee and confirmation by the apartment owner. Please keep a watchful eye on your pet and make sure that other guests and neighbours are not disturbed or endangered. Pets are not allowed on the bed, the couch and chairs. Should your pet cause damage to the rented property contrary to expectations, the guest must pay for it.


In your apartment you will find crockery, cutlery, glasses and pots. Please be careful with these and the technical kitchen appliances. You should be particularly careful with the ceramic hobs when cooking. Use the cutting board as a base for cutting. The guest is liable for damage in the amount of the replacement value.


The use of materials for decoration is not allowed in the apartment. The guest is solely liable for such changes to the furnishings and indemnifies the owner against claims by third parties. The guest is also obligated to compensate for damage caused by individual changes to the equipment.


Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the house and apartments. If you smoke on the balcony, please put out your cigarettes in the ash pan and do not throw cigarettes or filter wrapper from the balcony.


Please air the rooms sufficiently to avoid mould fungus: at least one inrush airing per day for approx. 10 minutes. Especially after showering you should air.

Wi-Fi and Internet

A Wi-Fi connection is available free of charge. You shall use Wi-Fi at your own risk. Criminally acts when using the Internet will be brought to the attention of the authorities. The guest is solely liable for any illegal use of the Internet.
